Adam was great and stayed late so I could get the car. The deal was not bad.
Oil change and rotation was quick even though they were backed up. Worker in the quick lobby was kind and informative.
I was able to get in and out in no time. Set up a reservation and they were ready to go.
Our salesman was very patient with us. We ended up having to swap cars after purchasing one vehicle and he was very understanding about that and never seemed irritated with the situation. I would highly recommend him to someone else.

Took truck for oil change and tire rotation . Arrived at appointment time and was surprised how quick they did my truck. At dealership I bought from usually takes at least an hour or more. It prob wasn’t 30 minutes
I wish I could give 100 stars. Strivers Ford service dept. should absolutely be the flagship for service for Ford Motor Company. We were going on vacation when our 2025 mustang mach e gave a warning light. We were 3 hours from home and called Strivers Ford. We detoured and went straight to them. They didn't have a ev tech at that location, but instead of sending us to their other location they brought the tech to us. Not only did they get us back on the road, they charged our car for us. Polite and Professional, not overly willing to communicate without me having to ask directly. Almost as though they were hoping I wouldn't ask questions. Not willing to negotiate.
Very professional and super nice. Made my trade in and new purchase very easy and seamless.
Bryan was completely unprofessional and almost led to this sale not happening. I was trying to explain that the offer sheet numbers weren’t right which led to a number of “oh my god” and loud sighs. When I informed the next person about it I was told “yeah, we’ve heard the same things”. Ali was great and so was Blake.
I purchased a vehicle from Stivers on April 30, 2025, based on a referral , whose uncle Greg is a sales manager there. Unfortunately, the car began experiencing issues as early as May 14, 2025. I returned to the dealership and informed Greg of the problem. On May 28, 2025, they placed me in a loaner vehicle and returned mine on June 11, claiming it had been repaired.
However, the very next day, June 12, the car again entered limp mode. I was issued another loaner on June 13. My salesperson, Kin and an employee named Joey arranged for my vehicle to be taken to Audi for further inspection. Stivers ... Read More

Kathy Okrongley was great. So was Asher. Kathy and Asher were normal and genuine. Even though the whole process is painfully slow, and some young, snobby finance guy (Blake?) almost made me walk, Kathy and Asher made it a 5 star process.
Adam was great he made sure that I was taken care of. He had me in and out with a great deal. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was purchasing.
I had a great experience at Stivers. After a test drive in a car that had some issues they worked with me tirelessly to make sure I got a vehicle that met my needs. I cannot say enough about Keeman specifically. He made this the best experience and worked hard to get me in my car.

Had continued issues with our new Explorer's audio system and had to take it back to service several times. Josh explained what waa being done and how long it would take during each visit. So far the new system is working great with no issues
Shane was excellent. The rest of experience was suboptimal. Our windshield tint was ripped between the time we looked at it and then left the lot with the car. Maybe during detailing prior to leaving. Finance manager Blake brown helped retain a good rate but was very rude and aggressive re warranty when we didn't want to purchase it.

My mother's Ford Edge had a recall for something having to do with the backup camera. I dropped it off at Stivers (Palisades Blvd) on a Tuesday morning, and had it back, early afternoon, the next day. Joshua Stafford, who was my Service Advisor was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I really appreciated his time and honesty with the questions I had. I called to make an appointment at quick Lane services with Haley. I called her twice just to make sure that she does the appointment because we have a pregnant woman with us and we needed the oil change badly and I paid for the service when we purchased a car from your dealership. When we got there, there was no appointment and we wasted two hours for a basic oil change.
Quick, professional, detail oriented service I got in and out in a short amount of time.
