The team support for resolving my service issue was good but if Danielle is supposed to be the leader of this dept, she gave no support, urgency, accountability, professionalism or leadership effort to resolve my experience. It took me 5 visits to get my service right.

Upon arrival, it was very nice and clean. Josh was very specific in explaining the details, and he went above and beyond his duties. KeAndre was very detailed in explaining things about some areas on my vehicle. He also went above and beyond. They were a great team.
I was on time for my appointment and the guy still put walk-in before me and got an attitude with me when I addressed it to him
The service here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely continue getting my truck serviced here! The labor pricing is slightly higher, but it’s worth it to have a dealer who carries Ford parts and offers a warranty.
My car broke down in the middle of our move from MN to FL, they were booked for about a week but were able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed the next day. Everyone was insanely kind and communicative, I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who helped me out. Steven and the other staff are truly lifesavers, cannot recommend this place enough!! Had a service message appear on my 24 F-150 and made an appointment. Since the service was going to take several days, I received a loaner car. A gearshift module was replaced and the truck is driving fine.
I can't remember the lady's name (In Service Department), but she was helpful getting my car back in understanding I had two toddler's that needed their car seats back. I appreciated her willingness to work with my family's situation and expedite the process

While I am happy with the pickup and delivery as well as the Sevice I received for the most part, I have oversized tires on my truck with spacers. The spacers were not installed back on the truck properly and the balance was not performed correctly for oversized tires. I had to drive the truck home to Gadsden with the truck bouncing all over the place and the steering wheel shaking significantly. I dropped it off at a local 4x4 trier shop this morning which will result in additional costs.
Inexperience unknowlegable and unconcerned Not trust worthy They were all unable to tell me whether or now the money I paid to have it looked at would go towards the repairs. I also asked what were their additional fees and their answer was already itemized so no one was able to tell me what were the additional fees applied for? Etc

I had been talking my vehicle to Hull Dobbs for several months to try and get the issue resolved and they kept saying it was fine only to have the same problem happen again and again and again. In one visit Stivers diagnosed the problem & fixed it! I just finished a 1300+ mile trip with zero problems! Thank God that the team at Stivers knew what they were doing!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Stivers Ford in Birmingham. Prior to my arrival we negotiated the deal, agreed to numbers so I sent the salesperson everything that they needed (Licence, ins, credit info) to have the deal ready when I arrived within 20 minutes of them opening the doors. They said I need new control arm ball joints but I had them replaced last year. I looked at them immediately when picking up and neither were busted or showed signs of wear. They charged me 1000$ just for spark plugs and labor.
