Kristen Hudson and Charity were wonderful sales reps. Kristen is my favorite car salesperson I have ever worked with, and I am almost 60 years old. The whole experience was calm and pleasant. She is an excellent representative of your dealership. The only negative we had was a very long wait for finance. It was Labor Day, so maybe short staffed. Asher was very efficient once we made it in there.
I always have a great experience. The staff is wonderful. Colton and Mike are the best to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a very smooth experience purchasing a new Bronco Sport. Negotiations were calm and fair. Kristen and Charity were wonderful to work with on the sale, as well as Asher for financing. Give these people a raise. They deserve it! Kristen was our main sales agent, and she is now my all time favorite car salesperson I've ever worked with!
The service was great. The two young men were very polite and nice. I always enjoy having a nice service time at Stivers.
Dealer did not have the truck I wanted on the lot but had one delivered from Montgomery in less than 24 hrs. Of course I wanted a bit more on my trade in but what I got was reasonable. Salesman was new but handled things well. Overall, experience was as above.

Great employees…very professional. However, I dropped my truck off to have the tires aligned as it was pulling to the right. Upon leaving the dealer, the truck still pulls to the right as bad as it did when I dropped it off. Very poor work.

Great center, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is they do not follow up and give status updates on extended repairs. My vehicle there July 3rd to August 27th. I had to call everytime for updates. Timing for completion changed multiple times.

While I see all kinds of negative reviews, seriously if a place was this bad they would not remain open, most of it it from the dealership side. I can speak on the service side, since I purchased my car (from someone else) in 2023, every bit of service has been done at Stivers and I've never had one issue. They have been honest when I need new tires and brakes, taking me into the shop and showing me for myself, the service writers have always been friendly and helpful. Cathy was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying experience much easier than I expected. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied even after the purchase, checked in on me after aswell I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a vehicle. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond!
Update: Went back up to Stivers and they truly indeed found a resolution w/ the past situation that occurred! EDDIE JOHNSON & KATHY OKRONGLEY went above and beyond to help me!! They were so kind, patience just so sweet over all! There was zero high-pressure sales tactics, and every question I had was answered clearly. The finance guy ASHER was very great to me as well, he also made the paperwork smooth and efficient. . I highly appreciate their excellent customer service and pressure-free environment. I recommend STIVERS to anyone looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

I'm currently going through a little situation between Stivers Ford and my warranty company and I must say that the staff at Stivers Ford works with you To try to figure out what's going on if you have a situation and they do put their best foot forward to give good service. I have been working with Erica and the assistant manager Miss Danielle Morales and their professionalism is exceptional. I do recommend going there if you have any issues with your ford product.
Unit has been in the shop for weeks with little to no progress. First was told truck would be ready once spark plugs were put in the next day was told lug nut broke and they had to order a new one. After that they sent the wrong part and now they claim we are waiting on a part. Pathetic
Easy & convenient service! Friendly technician that even sent a video to let me know what all they did.
My radio system wasn't working on bronco, took it in, and the staff arranged for a loaner while diagnostics were being ran., the fixed issue and allowed me to return loaner that following Monday

Appointment time not honored. SR Jamal credited cost for lost time. Service department had a Monday
Had a scheduled time, didn’t start on time. They claimed I had a coolant leak after they were the ones to handle a coolant flush the previous oil change (a couple months prior). They did not offer to fill the coolant.
The team support for resolving my service issue was good but if Danielle is supposed to be the leader of this dept, she gave no support, urgency, accountability, professionalism or leadership effort to resolve my experience. It took me 5 visits to get my service right.

Upon arrival, it was very nice and clean. Josh was very specific in explaining the details, and he went above and beyond his duties. KeAndre was very detailed in explaining things about some areas on my vehicle. He also went above and beyond. They were a great team.
I was on time for my appointment and the guy still put walk-in before me and got an attitude with me when I addressed it to him
The service here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely continue getting my truck serviced here! The labor pricing is slightly higher, but it’s worth it to have a dealer who carries Ford parts and offers a warranty.
My car broke down in the middle of our move from MN to FL, they were booked for about a week but were able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed the next day. Everyone was insanely kind and communicative, I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who helped me out. Steven and the other staff are truly lifesavers, cannot recommend this place enough!!
