Meet FordPass
The FordPass App helps connect you with FordPass Rewards, Roadside Assistance, and remote connectivity features right from your phone. Eligible owners can earn FordPass Rewards Points on vehicle purchases, leases, and qualifying service visits, then use those Points toward maintenance, future service, accessories, and more.
*Based on U.S. auto manufacturer owner mobile apps only. **Gas and diesel: Modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase through the FordPass App on a smartphone and remain active for at least 6 months after activation. Buyers of non-modem-equipped vehicles may also receive Points after enrollment. Visit a participating dealer for details. Complimentary Maintenance
With FordPass Rewards, eligible customers can earn Points to use toward complimentary maintenance when they buy or lease a new Ford. You can also save those Points for future service, accessories, or other eligible purchases at Stivers Ford of Birmingham. FordPass gives you flexibility, and you can schedule service with us right from the app.
Rewards
In addition to complimentary maintenance, you can earn FordPass Rewards Points for many of the things you already do with us, including eligible vehicle service and maintenance. Those Points can then be used toward discounts on service, parts, accessories, and more. FordPass Rewards members may also receive access to special offers and promotions.
Roadside Assistance
With the FordPass App, you can request Roadside Assistance 24/7 in many situations. Services such as fuel delivery, flat-tire assistance, and other roadside help may be available right from the app, helping you stay prepared when the unexpected happens.
Connect and Control
Stay connected with FordPass and access vehicle controls through the app, FordPass Alexa skill, or Google Assistant on compatible vehicles with FordPass Connect. Depending on your vehicle and connected features, you may be able to start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock it, schedule a start, and view vehicle health information, fuel level, service reminders, and more.
